Fluoride protects the teeth and roots and helps with sensitivity. We recommend that all of our patients use fluoride toothpaste, and may also recommend a fluoride mouth rinse. Depending on your situation and individualized needs, we may advise the use of fluoride varnish, fluoride trays, or prescription fluoride toothpaste.
