Smoking Cessation

When we recommend smoking cessation, we are referring to smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, marijuana and other substances. While fully removing these products from your habits is encouraged, we recognize it is not always easy. Small steps toward cutting back and reducing the number of cigarettes smoked can make a difference; trying to get to under 10 cigarettes per day can help even more, and limiting to as few as possible is that much more beneficial to your health. It’s okay if it takes time to get there, and you should feel proud of and celebrate any efforts toward reduction.  This is all a step in a healthier direction: all progress is progress.
