Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please do so in advance, so that we may offer another patient an opportunity to receive care. 

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
